Summary: The Community Life Center (CLC) provides individual, family, and group counseling services. It is committed to providing professional, confidential, and caring services by interns training to become licensed counselors. All counseling sessions are supervised by a Ph.D.-level professor and licensed clinician to ensure quality of services. All information shared in counseling is confidential. The CLC recognizes that not everyone can afford typical counseling services. Therefore, the fee for counseling is based a sliding scale where no one pays more than $20 per session, and most clients qualify for a lower fee.
Top Initiatives:
1. Improve the visibility and awareness of the CLC within the community. 2. Partner with other community organizations to help members of the community who would otherwise have difficulty accessing mental health services. 3. Increase the number of couples and family counseling sessions at the CLC.
